Ohio Shared Living (OSL)

Living with the people you love

Ohio Shared Living gives adults with a developmental disability the support they need while living with a family member or caregiver. That person provides 20% or more of the individual's care and support — keeping life grounded in home and relationships.

  • Consistency of care and a safe environment
  • A genuine community life
  • Daily routines chosen by the person
  • Shared decision-making
  • Strong family bonds and lasting community connections
